Easter

Easter morning was a success! She was pretty pumped to show Ryan, Bobo, Tam Tam and myself all of the eggs that she found! Every time that she would find an egg she would scream "FOUND IT!"

Here is her Easter dress she wore to church, it is a 3T! I can't handle how big she is getting, good thing we are having another I am starting to go through baby withdrawals.
I bet you guys didn't have a bunny come to your house that looked like this???????

Fox Hollow Farm Easter Egg Hunt!

On Saturday we were so lucky in Seattle with 70 degree weather which happened to be the day we had scheduled to go with some of out friends to Fox Hollow Farm for their Easter Egg hunt :)

She is so brave ;)

They actually held hands for a long time (well until Mia was pretty much dragging her up the stairs-that's when I had to break up the love fest)

Auntie Reeser came to play too.....Isn't that baby bunny cute? I used to have a pet rabbit named Roger, he lived forever but my Dad built a cage that was pretty much impossible to reach into and so he never really got held which made him kinda mean, Mia will NOT have a bunny!

Tanna was killing the Easter egg hunt and the pony rides, so here is the after picture of her passed out!

Look at my little equestrian-she is ready for the horsies at GG and Papa's house......

It was even warm enough to have a Popsicle or ocipul as Mia says!

Easter Eggs!

I finally discovered how to make REALLY dark Easter Eggs! You use Wilton's gel food coloring (the ones that comes in little pots) mix 1/2 a teaspoon of the gel with 3 tbsp of vinegar and let it dissolve for 3 minutes then add 1/2 of a cup of warm water and your eggs will be amazing-way better than those stupid boxes. (and yes I realize that it is after Easter but I had to document anyways :)

More of Mia's birthday........

Mia woke up on Sunday to a new trampoline! She loves it and I am pretty sure she might have serious knee problems........

Then she had Minnie waffles (this was the waffle maker that we had growing up!)

Mia loved everyone singing Happy Birthday we had to do it 3 times, but the best part was while we were singing Taylor was singing louder than anyone....precious girl.

Yes, my Mom made that cake, isn't it amazing? I was lucky enough to have cakes like that every year of my life, I even once had a Alf cake! She is so awesome :)

Mia's 2nd Birthday Party!

Our little Beez turned 2 on Sunday! We celebrated with her little friends on Saturday. We rented this Gymnastics Gym in North Bend that was awesome. All the kids ran around like crazy and had a fab time. Mia is so lucky to have so many amazing people in her life :) Below are cupcakes that my Mom and I made with toppers that I made that were SUPER easy. Also, since we had 14 kids that were coming and I really do NOT understand the idea of party favors I could not let her little friends go home empty handed! So I was able to come up with an idea that cost me less than $10.00 for all 14!!!! I made home made play-dough colored the boys red and the girls pink (Mickey and Minnie) then went to Michael's with my 40% off coupons and bought clear cellophane bags, pink and red ribbon, 50 cookie cutters that cost me 6.00 and used the Minnie cupcake toppers to write all the kids names on their bags!

Little Tana even did some crazy flips in the trampoline......

My friends even got in on the action!

YES, that is a fire that you see on the minnie cupcake topper that I worked so hard to hand make......Not to worry though everyone escaped unharmed and I am pretty sure that Mia didn't even notice.

OH hello little miss......She loves her new dress up stuff.

Emerald Downs and other random things....

On Friday we went to Emerald Downs for opening day. Mia is a product of my Mom cause she did not just love the track and EVERYTHING about it she was genuinely interested in the paddock, starting gate, finish line and she was especially concerned when the horsey pooped on the floor. She is still talking about that and continues to tell the horse to go poop in the potty. (I wish that she would take her own advice :) She was also excited to see cousin Tim there (my Mom's cousin who is the Top Trainer out at the track)

Uncle Matt Matt and Dado came from work and met us for some race track fun! This is my new favorite picture of these two!

In other random news my sissy got a new job with Nordstroms corporate and so, Gladis and my Dad ride the bus together down town! How cute!!!! She even has sent me picture text of my Dad sleeping on the bus....

Also, I would like to document another reason Mia is just like my Mom, every morning at my Mom's house she and my Mom have the same breakfast: yogurt, fiber cereal and blueberries!!!! She is so lucky to have such an amazing Grandma but I still remind Beez that, "She was my Mom first!"

Mia's first trip to the woodland park zoo......

My brother Matt LOVES the zoo! Since we were little he has always loved animals, and because we grew up in San Diego we had the San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, and Sea World in our back yard-so this was perfect for Matt. But, what was not perfect for Matt was the fact that my mom speed-walked through the zoo and Matt wanted to read all the signs. So now that Matt is an adult he goes to the Zoo and can stay as long as he wants. Every year for Mia's birthday Matt is going to take her to the Zoo. Yesterday we met Matt at the zoo for Mia's first birthday present and it was a great thing that we waited so long cause she absolutetly loved everything. Her little mind was going a mile a minute and she just soaked up all the information.
