Mia's First Camping Trip

We went camping at Lincoln Rock State park in Wenatchee this week and we had a blast. I was worried about Mia sleeping but she did great! She loved the tent and loved all the sleeping bags and air mattresses. We had Cameron, Tamarra, Marisa and Chris with us which made it so fun. (And I didn't mind the extra hands)

OK, so I will probably get in BIG trouble for this but this weekend we helped Cameron with a little mission. Cam has a crush that he wanted to ask out so, we made a poster, got her a rose and her favorite chocolates, then we took him to her house and he and Tam put the loot in her room so that when she came home she would have a little surprise, but instead of coming home she went to a sleep-over and poor Cameron who had been waiting by the phone for an answer had to wait till Monday. But not to worry I picked her up for Cameron's Graduation last night and she................

said, "YES!"

Tamarra graduated and Mia was itty-bitty

And yesterday Cameron graduated (she is so big now)

But she got bored so Auntie Tam Tam found something to keep her busy :)

This weekend we went to Ellensburg for Marisa's Graduation. She did amazing and we are so proud of her. Mia had a blast and we went to Suncadia after to celebrate! What a great place, you people should really check it out, we loved it and its a fantastic family spot :)

Mia has a new friend!!!!!!

My best friend Emily and her husband Rob had their baby yesterday! She had a baby girl Ellie Elizabeth Boele, 8lbs 1oz and about 20 inches. She has curly dark hair. Emily was a champ she went into labor at 10pm went to the hospital at 1am and had the baby by 11am. She is so freaking lucky. I think I am going to give Mia a time out for giving me such a hard time in labor or I might just make her do my 13 loads of laundry that need to be done today. Either way she is in trouble. I would love to post pics but I don't have any yet :( I managed to spend the entire day crying yesterday mostly cause I know how special a true BIRTHday is, partially because know one is more deserving of the happiness that a baby brings then Emily and her family and partially because I was not there. The girls I nanny for kept asking me "Jami, those are happy tears right?" And yes, they were ALL HAPPY!
